#9 | Kiley Albrecht - No Labels Needed, Allowing Space to Create Authenticity in all areas of life.

In this episode we take a look at the idea that everyone has masculine and feminine energies inside of them.  Learning how to identify and feel comfortable with who you really are is an authentic way of being.  We discuss how others sometimes don't feel safe or comfortable being fully expressed in who they are.  We cover some difficult topics that the LGBTQ community is confronted with their entire lives.

Kiley is a certified health and life coach and founder of Kiley Coaching, where everyone is welcome and accepted exactly as they are. He specializes in working with clients who feel the need to hide parts of themselves to avoid rejection. He helps them feel confident being their true selves so they can live an energized, love-filled life.

After many years of mentoring all types of high school students, and studying nutrition science at the graduate level, Kiley came to see how often people are told what they “should” and “shouldn’t” do. As someone who was assigned male at birth yet always identified more with femininity, he began to see just how much other’s suggestions and expectations had dictated his own life.

Through an ongoing personal, spiritual, psychological, and holistic wellness journey, he has discovered that the answers to achieving health and happiness are not in the endless recommendations of others, or trying to be what other people approve of. Rather, being our “weird,” “crazy” selves might actually be the most important thing any of us can do. Every single person has access to a fulfilling life—to feel lovingly connected to themselves, to others, and to something greater. Kiley’s mission is to show people that no one is an exception, that everyone can thrive, and he helps them find their own fun, easy path to getting there.

Outside of coaching, Kiley is likely analyzing the world with his twin brother, on a quest for the best jasmine green tea in town, shopping, or caring for his three cats and little Chihuahua mix.
